This weeks Sugar Bowl sketch was a real challenge for me.
I really struggled with the top of the card with having to put the two strips coming down. The other requirement of this challenge was using pink and brown. I have done the card and even though I really hate having to use the two strips I needed to leave them on the qualify for the challenge.
The card is once again using the Gorjuss stamps this one being the Poppy Fields. I have been stepping out of my comfort zone this week and using lots patterned paper and embellishments. I generally like to leave my cards a little more basic.
Here is a look at my card without the two strips coming down and I personally think it looks a lot nicer.
Supplies: SU Cardstock and DS Paper, Stamp – Gorjuss Girl, Poppy Fields, Embellishments – kaisercraft rhinestones and flowers.
I will have for you later today my card that I have done for the Anyone for Anya Challenge, I know been a busy little girl this week, LOL!!
